My Mom's Digital TV Conversion
Millie ordered a rebate coupon at the Digital TV Help website and has been watching the analog broadcasts explaining the transition from analog to digital tv while waiting for the coupon to arrive in the mail.
She expects that she'll need help after buying a convertor box.

Millie, I ordered those coupons over a year ago, and bought the converter boxes last Feb. 2008!! We have cable on 2 TV's, but the boxes are for some older TV's in bedrooms. I have no idea how to hook them up! LOL
A good post Millie. The cutting to the link was a great idea! We have satellite so it was no problem for us but I'm sure many are still shaking their heads!
You represent all of those people who do not have cable...so you must tell us how your conversion went.
You converted!!! Welcome to the club. I described my experience when I switched over earlier this year. I'll be interested in your reception. I get lots of foreign language stations now, but no yiddish.
