South Beach Diet
Hip Hip Horray. Have been on this diet for 2 1/2 weeks and the first two weeks were terrific. I was not hungry and had the most satisfying breakfast, lunches and dinners. Not only that but I had to have snacks in between. Was never hungry and lost 5 lbs.
Now I am on the next phase and I am hungry. Do not understand. Is there anyone out there who has had
experience with this diet and can explain this to me? After I finish this post I am going into the kitchen and have some snack that is permitted. If this keeps up I will start eating and put back all that I have lost.

I was Conned.
Hi Movie goers.
Went to the movies last night and saw one of my favorite actors. Nicholas Cage in Matchstick Men. It started out being a pleasant movie, easy and interesting story about two guys who con little old innocent ladies. And then it takes a big twist.
In addition to Nicks great acting there is a bonus to this movie, in the background the songs were by Frank Sinatra. What a pleasant surprise.
When my friends and I got out of the movie we put our heads together and figured out, we were conned too. Won't say more about it because I do not want to spoil it for you.
If you like Nick and Frankie, I think you will love this movie.

When I was a child my greatest pleasure was going to the movies. To this day I love the movies. My mother would pack me a sandwich, just in case I got hungry and it was usually a salami sandwich!
People around me did not mind because their mothers packed them that same wonderful snack.
One of my favorite movies was Tarzan. I saw it many times and knew the characters really well. The other night on TV I saw an animated version of that movie. It was on the Disney channel and you would think it would be a movie just for kids, but it held my interest and brought tears to my eyes. It had humor drama and romance. Better than some movies that you pay money for.
I will be watching for an animated version of King Kong, that was another great favorite of mine.
As Tarzan would say, oga oga for now.

Now that I see it works, will tell you why that beautiful sunflower greets you when you visit my site. When I was on my honeymoon with my late husband we were shopping down the Cape. It was a Sunday and all the store were closed - what to do? A drug store was opened so in we went. And there I spotted a large framed picture , a print by Van Gogh - Sunflowers - Bought it and it hung in our living room for many years and to this day I love sunflowers.
So long for now
I am a new blogger. My son set me up and I am learing the ropes. (trying)
Next time I will write something exciting. I hope)(

These jokes sound like the one liners daddy would have told.
Classic Henny Youngman Quotes.
Two times a week, we go to a nice restaurant, have a little beverage, good food and companionship. She goes on Tuesdays, I go on Fridays. They gave me a big laugh. Mom
